If a shade isn't right, here's how to send it back.

Return window

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by contacting us with your order number.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept opened or used cosmetics unless the product is faulty.

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days by Shopify.
